Opinion | This Israeli Government Is Not Our Ally

As an American citizen, it is crucial for us to critically evaluate our government’s alliances and partnerships around the world. One such partnership that has come under increasing scrutiny is the relationship between the United States and Israel.

For decades, the United States has considered Israel as a key ally in the Middle East. The two countries have shared military intelligence, collaborated on defense projects, and supported each other diplomatically on the international stage. However, the current Israeli government, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has taken a series of actions that call into question whether Israel truly deserves to be considered an ally of the United States.
